Rudzani is two things at once: a security company that places officers on site, and an academy that trains the next group of officers.
Because we train our own people, clients know the standard they are getting. Learners benefit too: they study with a company that knows what real posts need and helps them with PSIRA paperwork once they qualify.
Every Rudzani officer wears the eagle and wolf badge on their uniform, and our response vehicles carry the same mark.
You always know who is on your site and who is on the way.

Feedback from learners, officers and clients.
I failed to open my PSIRA profile twice on my own. At Rudzani they did it with me in one visit and I left with my proof of payment.

The training was practical. We spent real time at the gate and on report writing, so my first shift did not scare me.

Our estate needed reliable night guards at short notice. Rudzani sent officers who were on time and kept proper logs.
